SMS Consent

Phone/Voice booking only (no web or keyword sign-up):

1. The customer calls PITSOIL to schedule a mobile oil change.

2. Our agent explains: “We will send you transactional text messages from PITSOIL with a one-time link to complete your service form (service address and vehicle details), plus appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Do you agree?”

3. The customer provides their phone number and gives explicit verbal consent during the booking.

4. After booking, we send the form link via SMS. When the form is completed, we send a confirmation; before the visit, we may send reminders. No marketing.

5. We store timestamp, phone number, agent ID, consent flag, and call/recording reference in our CRM. STOP/HELP is supported in every message.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
